Diagram of Riding Positions

The first diagram below is the parade formation riding order and placement of officers and riders will vary from club to club or organizations. This is just an example of general practices but you should be able to get the idea and concept. The second diagram is one that is used by most clubs and is thought to be the safest with dealing with both the experienced and inexperienced riders, but this also may vary with different clubs or organizations. Even though you may see some groups ride side by side at all times, we do not recommend this for large groups, groups with people you do not know and when you have inexperienced riders in your group. We would recommend you follow the riding order at the bottom labeled General Riding Positions.
